Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the InstaSave mobile application operated by us.

InstaSave is a mobile application that allows users to view and save publicly available content from Instagram for later viewing, including photos, videos, reels, stories, and highlights. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

Content saved through InstaSave belongs to its original creators and copyright holders. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to view and save any content for personal use. We do not claim ownership of any content you save.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use InstaSave to:

  • View or save private or restricted content without authorization
  • Use saved content for commercial purposes
  • Engage in copyright infringement or piracy
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated systems to access the service

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

InstaSave is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The service is free of viruses or harmful components
  • Saved content will meet your requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of use
  • Cost of substitute services

8. No User Accounts

InstaSave does not require user registration or account creation. The app can be used without providing personal credentials or creating an account.

9. Third-Party Services

Our service relies on Instagram's platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any changes to Instagram's policies or services may affect InstaSave's functionality.

We use third-party services including Google Analytics for Firebase and RevenueCat. Your use of the app is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.

10. Data Charges and Internet Connection

Using InstaSave requires an internet connection and may consume data from your mobile plan. You are responsible for:

  • Any data charges incurred while using the app
  • Ensuring you have adequate internet connectivity
  • Understanding your mobile carrier's data policies

11. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

InstaSave may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Apple's Terms of Service for In-App Purchases
  • All charges are processed through the Apple App Store
  • Subscription auto-renewal unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InstaSave and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without liability.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
